We work in cotton base material colors which are guaranteed to be colorfast. Fabric dye lots may naturally have some color variation. We can not guarantee continuity of exact shade color size, fixture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot.
Bag Sizes:
All sizes are approximate and finished goods may vary plus or minus ½” in each direction.
Order Confirmation:
All orders must be informed in writing either by fax or e-mail.
Freight Policy:
Unless routing is specified on order, we will select the most direct or least expensive method.
Blank Sample:
Random blank sample will be billed plus shipping charges. Sample will be credited when the order is received.
Repeat orders:
Records are kept for Three years, older records require actual sample for color and layouts.

Printing Information
Artwork:
We prefer to receive artwork thru Email or thru disk.
Print Size:
All art work submitted (including camera ready art) would be sized to utilize maximum imprint area unless otherwise specified.
Color Matching:
Color matching is done according to PMS standard, because not all PMS colors have an exact match in screen ink, we are not liable for exact matching.
Heat Transfer:
Photo heat transfer is available, we need clear photograph or computer generated artwork. Good results can not be achieved with a poor quality original production sample.
